Collage con un grabado de la virgen de Lourdes y su gruta arriba, al centro, con la leyenda <i>"Yo soy la inmaculada concepción - Je suis l'inmaculée conception"</i> a ambos lados. Abajo existen dos retratos de personajes sin identificar. Lleva anotaciones con tinta, al parecer añadidas posteriormente: <i>"Lourdes an.1888. Francia Sorata"</i>. Al reverso lleva dedicatoria a Jesús Viscarra con tinta clara y en tinta oscura la anotación <i>"Rosa, y Maria Jesus"</i>.
