Retrato del escultor alemán Werner Kuenzel. En la fotografía, el artista se encuentra tallando la parte superior de un cristo crucificado. Kuenzel llegó a Bolivia a finales de la década de 1930. Visitó brevemente Irupana, localidad de la que quedo encantado y a la cual regresaría años más adelante para residir en ella junto con su esposa Ellen.
