Retrato de plano medio corto en posición tres cuartos. Lleva sotana y cruz pectoral. Tiene los brazos cruzados a la altura del estómago y sólo es visible la mano izquierda que se sostiene en el codo derecho. El fondo es neutro.
Al reverso lleva un sello con la leyenda "F. JESUS VISCARRA, M. O." , además el texto <i> "Genova Nobre 1889 a Santiago de Chile. Spenser Comp. N° 88" </i>.
